Basic Qualifications: 

• Experience in Planning, implementing, and executing ITIL v3 / Transition Management solutions for IT Service Management of Application Support Desks within Investment Banking applications
• Implementing Transformation initiatives within newly transitioned service desks for bringing optimization and achieving resource reduction through CSI and standardizing processes and Tools.
• Experience in driving transformation Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and project manage transformation
