Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares the Statutory returns for client on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual basis.
• Address and resolve all queries on statutory returns and reports
• Assist in preparing the relevant Income Tax calculations, returns and payments for the company
• Prepares the relevant Income Tax calculations, returns and payments for client
• Prepares the reconciliation of Income Tax accounts
• Assists with the annual year-end external audit
• Assists with the resolution of external and internal audit findings
• Assists the statutory reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks
• Assists with the preparation of the consolidated Annual Financial statements
• Maintains the accounting records for certain subsidiaries
• Prepares the Annual Financial Statement for client
• Assists with the calculations associated with the requirements of the International Financial Accounting and Reporting Standards. 
• This includes assisting with gathering and maintenance of information required for disclosure purposes.
• Preparation of Tax Audit Reports
• Knowledge on TDS, Service Tax, VAT etc.,

Required Skills:

• Should have Statutory Audit Experience
• CA fresher should have Core Knowledge on Statutory Experience
• ICWA or CMA fully qualified with hand on experience exclusive in Statuary Auditing Experience of statutory Audit

Job Location: Bangalore

Qualification: CA (Any attempt)

Experience: CA-Fresher (0-1 yrs)
