We have a requirement for Manual testers

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Open positions: 5

Location: PUNE and MUMBAI

Role Purpose:

Responsible for Requirement analysis, test planning, design test scenarios, design test cases, test case execution, report defects and follow up, share test results.
Responsible for ensuring the timely and high-quality test deliverables required for successful testing of applications.
The candidate should be familiar with SQL and have strong experience of STLC.
Required Skills & Experience:

Essential:

1. Must have worked in any LOS/LMS/Collections modules.
2. Very strong in Software Testing Fundamentals & Software Testing Life Cycle activities.
3. Knowledge of types of testing (functional & non-functional, UI, usability, functional).
4. Understanding of Agile Methodology
5. Experience and knowledge of Oracle/SQL Developer, JIRA, etc
6. Excellent in Defect Management concepts and should be able to implement the best practices on project(s)
7. Flexibility in adjusting schedules to meet deadlines.
8. Negotiate with the stakeholders for the schedule as well as other work prioritization.
9. Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
10. Loan/Lease domain understanding.

Beneficial:

• Good to have –ISTQB or equivalent certification.
