2. Minimum 12th passed / Intermediate, Graduates also eligible but not postgraduates.
3. Should be willing to work rotational shifts.
4. Transport is available for both sides.
5. Should know numbers in the Urdu language.

Skills Required: 
1. Should be able to converse in URDU language and comprehend the English language 
2.Should know numbers in the Urdu language
3. Should have experience in Voice process.
4. Knowledge of Telecom
5. Good knowledge of Customer Service, C-SAT, Customer Support
6. Commitment and need for a job - To gauge stability
7. Willing to work in rotational shifts.
