NetAct Security:  Security Technical lead / Specialist for NetAct Security Management Team
            
Basic Qualification B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans design and executes items in own area. Coordinates activities within own responsibility area also with other VS(s)  with e-2-e view.
• Works on gaining in-depth knowledge of the components owned as well as the overall system, not limited to the responsibility area.
• Owns the quality of deliverables and works towards Virtual Zero level of quality
• Manages dependencies across other modules and identifies the impacts.
• Coaches other team members in solving engineering problems
• Guardian for the components owned, Participates in reviews
• Identifies problem areas within components and actively works to fix them

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Should have extensive experience in designing & developing applications using Core JAVA, J2EE, shell/perl scripting, linux OS and Virtualisation environments like VMWare
• Excellent Analytical skills and Troubleshoot technical issues on projects.
• Should have very good knowledge in Design Patterns
• Junit / Robot frameworks
• Documentation of the SW design
• Excellent debugging skills and Problem analysis and mitigation support in customer project
• Good understanding of system development and designing.
• Experience in Security hardening, Audits
• Understanding and Analyzing Software Vulnerability
• Analyzing Security Threat and Risk on system and network
• Review and validate the design and planned changes from a security perspective
• Provide input for the development of security policies
• Knowledge with SSL, TLS, Certificate Management, Encryption / Decryption, Ciphers
• Experience in User Management areas

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

• Good Communication and multi tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Should be able to drive security topics in the whole VS also co-ordinate with other VS.
