Solve Unknown issue with google play services in android smartphone devices

Hello, everyone!

Today we are going to show you how to solve your issue with google play services after updating it with the newer version from google play.

Requirements:

1. Android phone
2. Permissions to access admin settings.

Ok, let's get down to the procedure in solving the issue with google play services.

• First of all go to Settings options
• Scroll down until you find APPS option and click on it to open currently installed apps on your android system
• Slide left until you land on to ALL apps as shown in below figure

• Now, it's time for you to delete or clear the cache or data of google services related apps.
• If you are encountering this issue, "solve unknown issue with google play services" with Gmail, then you need to delete or remove cache and data of Gmail and follow next steps to stop the error occurring in the near future.
• After removing the error specific app data and cache, it's time to do the same with Google play services and some more app caches and data.
• Scroll down until you find google play services and remove the data and cache by pressing on it

• Now do the same procedure with google play store, Google+ and other google related products.
• After completing the cache and data removal from above mentioned APPS, restart your ANDROID smartphone and check if it solved your issue with google play services.

Solution- 2: If the above procedure doesn't solve your issue, then you need to factory reset your "GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES"  that would definitely solve your issue with google play services.

• After Factory reset of "GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES" don't install "Google play services" updates from google play as it might be conflicting with your hardware.
• Here, factory reset means uninstalling Google play services updates.
