Position 1 : Senior R&D Engineer up to Principal R&D Engineer (software) - EPG/POTP
Education : B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech (CS/E&C)
Job Location : Bangalore/Gurgaon/Mumbai
Experience: 3 to 12 years
· Excellent design, C/C++ programming and debugging skills are required
· Knowledge of Linux/Unix/RTOS environment required
· In depth knowledge and experience in various Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols, routing protocols, MPLS /ISIS/BGP/OSPF
· Knowledge/Experience in routing protocols, signaling protocol such as RSVP-TE, LDP is added advantage
· Knowledge/Experience on carrier Ethernet and MPLS-TP technologies including Ethernet/MPLS-TP Protection, Ethernet/MPLS-TP OAM, Synchronous Ethernet, Circuit Emulation, PTP 1588 is highly desirable
· Knowledge/Experience of carrier class telecom/data-com system capabilities like Redundancy, High Availability, Hot Standby, Hit-less upgrade is highly desirable
· Experience of working in embedded software development, telecom, data-com
· Domain knowledge in Ethernet, OTN, DWDM technologies highly desirable
· Knowledge of SNMP/TL-1/CLI/other management interfaces is added advantage
· Familiarity with SDH/PDH/GPON technology is useful
· Knowledge of OS internal/device drivers is added advantage
Position 2 : Senior Engineers, Lead Engineers - NMS
Education : BE/B TECH ECE,CSE, ME, MTECH, MS with Minimum 70% in all academic years
Job Location : Bangalore, Gurgaon
Experience: 3.6 to 8 years
· Experience in Core java development with NMS/EMS/OSS/BSS products for the above telecom technologies.
· Hands-on experience in the following areas:
· Object Oriented Analysis and Design
· Data Structures, Algorithms and their complexity/performance
· Design/development/debugging in Java
· Middleware like Hibernate, ActiveMQ & Relational DBs like MySQL/Oracle
· Familiarity with Software Defined Networking (SDN) concepts, and SDN controllers like ODL or ONOS is desirable
· Strong knowledge in one or more of the following technologies:
· SONET/SDH, DWDM, OTN or Carrier Ethernet/MPLS-TP,TMF814, MTOSI, RESTful, RESTCONF,Management Protocols like SNMP, TL1, Netconf/Yang
Position 3: Senior/ Lead Engineer – Hardware Design

Education : BE/B TECH ECE,CSE, ME, MTECH,MS

Job Location : Bangalore

Experience: 3 to 6 years

· Should have 3-6 years of experience in Board level Hardware Design
· Knowledge of High Speed Board Design
· Experience in designing with memories like DDR3/DDR4/RLDRAM/GDDR
· Should understand RoHS
· Familiarity in designing products conforming to worldwide EMC and safety standards
· Responsibilities include Schematic Capture, Component Selection, Library Creation and Guiding Board Layout
· Experience of working with Mentor Graphics DxDesigner and Cadence Allegro would be preferred
· Knowledge of scripting (bash/Tcl/VB) would be an added advantage
· Knowledge of Verilog HDL would be an added advantage
· Experience in working with complex ASSPs and FPGAs
· Experiene in designing Point of Load DC-DC converters would be preferred
· Should have knowledge of PCB Materials and faimiliarity with stacp-up design
· Mandatory: High Speed Board Design, Schematic Capture, RoHS, EMI/EMC
· Good to Have: DC-DC Converter design
Position 4: Senior Engineer - Firmware and Driver Development
Education : BE/B TECH,ME, MTECH,MS
Job Location : Bangalore
Experience: 3 to 7 years
· Responsible developing firmware components such as u-boot, kernel, Filesystems customisations.
· Responsible developing control plane device drivers
· Analyse and provide feedback on CPU subsystem designs during initial design phase
· Responsible for interacting with design peers to analyse and resolve issues raised during Testing phase
· Experience in Embedded Firmware development
· Excellent Programming Skills in C/C++ language.
· Experience working on linux tool chains, Device Drivers, Debuggers
· Knowledge of 32-bit/64-bit ARM/MIPS based processor is desirable
· Should have excellent debugging skills
· Knowledge Board bring up techniques are highly desirable
Position 5: Engineer / Senior Engineer – Hardware design
Education : BE/B TECH, ME, MTECH,MS
Job Location : Bangalore
Experience: 0 to 3 years
· Will be designing the Hardware for the State of the art telecom systems using FPGA, Microprocessor, ASSPs.
· To understand the HW Design Requirments.
· Do Schematic Capture using eCAD tools.
· Interact with PCB Layout engineer to release the PCB for fabrication.
· Do thorough testing of the Assembled boards. This requires working with various cross function teams like Firmware, Software, FPGA.
· For experienced candidate : Experience in designing/development of high-speed boards for telecom/datacom applications, using embedded processors, telecom/datacom ASSPs, FPGAs, memories (DDR/RLDRAM).
· For fresher from ECE and other related background:
· Good understanding of Telecom and Networking Technologies.
· Excellent understanding of Logic Levels and Interfaces,
· Good understanding of Microprocessor and Microprocessor based design.
· Understanding of HW design cycle from Schematics to HW release for mass production.
· Schematic Capture using ViewDraw,
· Handling of Oscilloscopes, Multimeter, Power Supplies and other Test equipment.
· Aptitude for continuous learning.
Position 5: DWDM/HW Senior Engineer
Education : B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech
Job Location : Bangalore
Experience : 3 to 5 years
· Experience in DWDM / Optical HW design including Amplifier, ROADM, etc is must
· Exposure to Optical network design / optical link budgeting is preferred
· Design, development, testing of DWDM cards / DWDM products is needed
