Should have minimum 6 months of experience into technical support/ Customer Support

Process 2: Customer Service (Sales Process)

Key Skills:
Should have good command over Grammar and Fluency in English
Candidate should have customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping customers.

Shifts: Rotational

Process 3: IT Services-Tech Support
