Job Profile
Candidate should be BE/ B. Tech or MCA (60% marks and above) with 0 to 3 Years experience in Manual testing, Security Testing, DB Testing, Performance testing, QTP. Should have trained and certified in ISTQB. Experience in manual testing and Knowledge in Database testing .

Understand web application features / requirements and define Test Strategy, Test Plan and business scenarios.
Design business scenarios for manual testing.
Must have experience in Web application testing.
Knowledge/Experience in Automation/ Performance testing.
Security testing experience is preferred.

Experience with QTP/VSTS/Selenium automation testing is preferred.
Develop and review flows for creating automation scripts as per approved business scenarios.
Conduct peer reviews for test scripts created by others.
Analyze results from the run and prepare scorecards.
Analyze potential performance issues provide analysis report.

Should have good knowledge on Software testing concepts & methodologies
Should be good in analytical skills and test case designing
Should have basic knowledge in Defect tracking concepts
Must have good written & verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team as well as an individual
Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines
