We are looking for a bright Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise level technical support to our customers. This technician will provide support via Onsite, phone, web, email, chat and other channels as required. A background in IT support is required.

Educational Qualification: BCA/ MCA/ BE/ B. Tech
Experience: 1+ years
Job Location: Mumbai/Pune

Skillset Required :

Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT Support or as a technical engineer
Knowledge of Linux Systems, Utilities and Shell Scripting, Tomcat and Jboss
Knowledge of database (MySQL and Oracle) is compulsory

Knowledge on second factor authentication technology will be added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Customer centric approach
