Job Profile
Candidate should be Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in Networking, Technical Support, Troubleshooting, IT Support, International Voice, Application Software and Operating Systems

Job Responsibilities :
Installation of various operating systems such as windows Xp/7/8.
Resolving & troubleshooting computer operating/ hardware/ software problems and providing technical support
Monitoring Desktop and Server logs for Preventive Action.
Installing & troubleshooting various Application software, Anti-virus, Patches, Service pack.
Responsible for installing and troubleshooting Webcam/Audio/Video/Display driver software in Desktop/ Laptop
Desktop back-up & formatting as per requirement.
Installation, configuration of network printers, Scanners, Desk jet and Laser jet printers.
Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/ IP and Other Networking Concepts.
Handling networking issues.

Responsible for handling Internet related issue.
Maintain hardware asset record and update on regular basis.
Daily Handing IT Support Tickets.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of firewall and VPN connectivity added advantage
International Voice Experience.
Bachelor Degree is a must.
Willing to work in Night shift

Salary: INR 1,00,000 - 3,25,000 P.A
