Queries over Phone which involves working in different time zones.

Take calls from Global Customers and initiate right response to them.

Deal with wide range of products using a powerful information database.

Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems.

Explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.

Shift Timings: 10PM-6AM & 2PM-11PM [Roaster of 2 Months]
