Job description:

Designation: Jr. Executive - Ad Operations

Qualification: Graduate (Preferably BE/B Tech)
Experience: Fresher

Willing to work in night shifts.

Responsible for trafficking and troubleshooting all the request send by client through email or queue management system with 100% accuracy
Performing day to day activities of trafficking advertisements and troubleshooting
Reporting through MS Excel
Capturing Screenshots from Website/App
Proactive in taking up new challenges
Coordinate with the team to execute desired results
Extending normal shifts and working in weekends and Holidays

Knowledge on advertising- Should be aware of what is advertising and different forms of advertising ex: banner ads, tv ads, internet ads.

Customer Service-Should be able to manage the requests sent by customer and coordinate with the client through email or chat support.

Phone/ Chat/ Email Skills.

Computer skills - MS Excel/HTML Good command over MS Excel.
Strong grasp of English language, to communicate with Global clients- verbal and written
Listening
Neutral accent.
Team Player, Good in Interpersonal skill
Professional attitude to interact with clients?
Ability to learn

Salary: 13200 per month.
