Job Description

B.Tech / BCA Graduate with verbal English
Current year(2017) pass out is not eligible. (If you have all semester provisional/degree or marksheet then you can apply)
Fresher to 6 months of experience
12- 15K salary for fresher/Exp
Call taking experience required
Confident and self-motivated with positive attitude
Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments
Candidates should have an excellent communication skills
Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues.
Candidate should have technical knowledge.

Organised & able to meet deadlines
Be available for customer call transfers from locations across PAN India
