Comfortable working across the stack including prototyping, development, testing and deployment
Able to take complex problems and break them down into smaller tasks
Comfortable with agile, iterative development practices and code reviews

Plus points

Knowledge of frontend ideologies
Deep understanding of frontend development principles
Experience working with React and large scale JavaScript applications
Experience with WebSockets and building realtime applications
Previous experience as part of a product oriented team
