• Responsible for managing central queue for Microsoft Technology Stack (Azure, SPO,
O365) containing incident tickets forwarded by HP Service Desk
• Quickly analyzed for correct priority assignment based on defined service description
priority categorization rules
• Own on P1, P2, Situations, Service at Risks and manage escalations
• Play the roles Technical lead, Incident manager
