Basic Qualifications: 

• Sound understanding of Software Quality Assurance. 
• Experience designing and executing manual test cases. 
• Experience using a defect tracking tool. 
• Experience using JIRA/Zephyr is preferred. 
• Knowledge of SQL.  Experience with Micros Order Broker and/or Order Management System is preferred. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.
• Maintains documentation of test results.
