# Minimum 2-9 years experience with excellence at JAVA, JSP, Spring, Struts and SQL.
# Solid hands-on experience in Core Java and J2EE based frameworks. 
# Experience in multi-threaded client-server side Java programming
# Experience in Spring Framework, Struts/Servlet and knowledge on Web Services (SOA)
# Should have hands on experience in Requirement analysis, Design and development
# Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.
# Strong OO programming skills and sound knowledge on java design patterns.
# Experience in Unit testing using JUnit (test driven development)
# Domain experience on Banking/Payments will be an added advantage
# Must have good communication and understanding skill
