Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience of performance testing concepts, tools and design decisions, within a change team or in the scope of operational testing
• Ability to analyze and formulate functional and performance test strategies
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and processes and previous experience in QA testing
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to efficiently articulate technical subject matter
• Strong organizational skills and requires the ability to read, write and speak English fluently

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and analysis of project requirements for clarity, understanding and testability
• Providing input, creating and/or executing testing artifacts to include but not be limited to: Test Plans, Test Results, Metrics, Status and Defect Reports
• Execution of manual and automated test scripts for functional and performance testing
• Coordinate operation team testing process, run daily test calls, assist in facilitating go/no go calls
• Provide specific guidance on defects to developers and logs, tracks and verify resolution of software and specification defects
• Providing weekly status reports to Management
