Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Install and configure 2003/2008 and 2012 
• Basic troubleshooting on Virtual machines and vCenter. 
• Apply MS patches to new and existing Windows servers. 
• Uses of basic commands ( e.g. nslookup, ipconfig, ports etc) 
• Read and analysis of Event logs 
• Uses of Remote tools (ILO/DRAC/IMM etc) 
• Account Management 
• Ready to work 24x7 (especially in EST time zone)

Technical Requirements: 

• Basic knowledge on Windows 2003/2008/2012 
• Basic knowledge of hardware (HP/IBM etc.) 
• Should have good communication and writing skills 
• Concept of RAID technology
