Primary Responsibilities:

•  As an Intern with the Global Talent Analytics team, you will be working with the lead of the a Senior Manager in Talent Analytics to assist the eBay HR team. 
• You would be an enabler of sound business decisions, by deep-diving into the data and analyzing it using various analytical techniques. 
• On a day-to-day basis, you will help with the measurements of different metrics related to HR initiatives.

Primary Requirements:

• Analysis of both high-level and granular business trends
• Conduct database analysis using SQL, Excel, and other tools
• Structure and refine analysis with the goal of distilling insights from the data
• Build and manage processes that produce ideas and information on a periodic basis
• Build dashboards
• Parse through data and assess data integrity and quality
• Build dashboards showing summarized trends and findings
• Synthesize analytical results to guide decisions
