Primary Responsibilities:

• Investigate marketplace orders for suspected abuse/fraud using established tools.
• Partner with real business & risk investigation teams to resolve identified issues.
• Identity new abusive patterns and trends among customer accounts, escalate and take appropriate action. Minimize the risk posed by such trends.
• Actively participate and provide continuous support for process and tool improvements.
• Performing periodic data analyses on marketplace promotions.

Essential Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience 
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel experience 
• Positive, results in oriented attitude and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good team player capable of learning and sharing knowledge in global team environment
• Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing for priority.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong ability to take initiative and self-start when necessary 
• Highly analytical and detail oriented
• Knowledge of SQL Tool is preferred
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive approach to problem-solving and identification.
