Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
- Preferably with at least 6 months’ work experience in the BPO industry.
- Workforce experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic analytical and math skills.

- Responsible for the achievement of customer support Service Levels by managing interval performance or operations to ensure optimal performance
- Performs real-time support to Operations and advanced coordination of all on-line and off-line activities
- Communicates proactively to management operations and team members regarding intra-day performance and challenges i.e. providing direction, guidelines, performance update to hit service level goals, reporting phone, tools or network outages; making suggestions for corrections to any issues
