Operations - Team Lead

Job Details:

• Designation: Team Lead
• Experience: 4 to 6 Years
• Process Performance: Conducts periodic reviews with the team, reports daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to achieve the desired service levels
• Operations Management: Reviews the staffing plan and work allocation to make production numbers.
• People Management: Manages absenteeism and attrition under desired levels to achieve stability of operations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and chalk out development plans.
• Client Relationship Works towards building relationships with client process owners to be able to anticipate and plan for future issues and challenges.
• Quality and Process Improvement Maintains strict adherence to the quality plan including Quality Control, Assurance, and Improvement. Encourages the team members to contribute towards the generation of process improvement ideas.
• Other Qualifications Minimum Graduate with 4-5 years of experience in BPO.
• Should be able to manage team size more than 20 FTEs
• Prior experience in B2B environment with the yellow pages or business listing company would be a preferred.
