Roles And Responsibilities:

• The Candidate would be required to provide Voice and Email Technical Helpdesk services support to IBM Internal End Users
• External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA and Asia-Pacific
• The Candidate would be required to handle inbound calls/emails/chats regarding technical issues for End Users
• The Candidate should be able to identify basic hardware parts and possess knowledge of basic hardware concepts
• The Candidate should be skilled in commercially standard software applications and major desktop operating systems
• The Candidate should have awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies
• The Candidate should have excellent customer service orientation

Skills required:

• The Candidate should have user-level familiarity with at least one Email Client - Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc.
• The Candidate should possess questioning skills and probing skills that are relevant to the issue and the level of the caller
• The Candidate should possess excellent Communications skills

Shifts:

• The Candidate would be required to work in a 24x7 environment, and the changes can vary depending on geographies supported

Eligibility criterion:

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Holders (10+2+3), MCA, B.Tech  0-36 months of work experience, Freshers are welcome
