Basic Qualifications & Job Description: 

1. Fresher/Experienced Graduates of B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.E / M.Tech are Required.
2. Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and windows operating system and embedded OS related issues, desktop applications and LAN for Desktops.
3. Knowledge in installing, configuring and troubleshooting printer, Android, IPhone, I pad etc. and related issues.
4. Knowledge in Shrink wrapped products like Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, Adobe suite, Dream weaver, Outlook. 
5. Knowledge on antivirus client software installations, patch and hot fix installations and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing support for troubleshooting requirements in the Engineering, Infrastructure service or Product/Package Implementation space.
2. Expected to apply know-how with minimal or broad supervision and be involved in implementation, integrated testing, debugging and documentation and may be required to work as on-call support or in shifts.
3. Handling basic administration based on Standard operating procedures.
