Basic Qualifications: 

1. Fresher Graduates of B.E / B.Tech / Diploma are required.
2. Basic Networking knowledge (exposure of Cisco networking preferable) - OSI Layer, TCP/IP Suite, Basic Routing and Switching & WAN Technologies.
3. Working knowledge of desktop applications (Windows operating systems, internet browsers, office and mail applications).
4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Creating trouble tickets for investigation by other teams.
2. Interaction with other Technical and Incident Management teams in VGSPL.
3. Interaction with the service desks, fault fix teams and key IT contacts.
4. No alarms miss in a year.
5. 95% of faults to be communicated accurately to the customer in 10min.
6. At least 2 improvements/project implemented in a year.
