On 11 August 2015, Larry page announced in his blog post that Alphabet would be the parent company of Google and its services.

Well, on 12 August 2015, NewYorkTimes reported that BMW owns the alphabet.com domain name and the "BMW is not going to sell its domain to Google".

Alphabet.com which owned by BMW is currently down due to high traffic from all over the world after the announcement from the google CEO that alphabet would be the parent company for google and its other services.

And there is another thing to talk about, Kris Andrikanich who already had a twitter account with the profile name @alphabet.

And at present Alphabet.com is not available from google, but it already created a new site with domain name abc.xyz.

Without a commercial domain name the alphabet, the parent company for all google and others services offered by google would be a weakness - paul graham @paulg(Twitter).

Paul Graham is an English programmer and  venture specialist and co-founder for Y combinator is an American seed company

With the talks going on with the BMW about the commercial alphabet domain name sells to google, but the company, BMW is not showing any interest to sell its commercial alphabet.com domain to Google!

Now, google only got a few choices to go with, create another domain and promote all its services from there, as it already done by creating the abc.xyz domain, official google parent domain @alphabet.

Below image shows the official domain for google parent, alphabet as abc.xyz.
