3. Strong PHP knowledge, Object-Oriented programming background in Java, C/C++.
4. Knowledge in Database programming including SQL queries.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills, with mastery in The English language.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work with a globally distributed engineering team to design and implement robust web service APIs within our provisioning tools platform that are used by a variety of client applications.
2. Gather Technical requirements from multiple sources and improve on existing strategy.
3. Maintain existing tool codebase in PHP and convert it into new Java-based web services.
