• As a Recruiter one is responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific customers’ requirements.
• Should have basic understanding on Contract staffing.
• Will be involved for the complete life cycle of the recruitment process.
• Matching qualified candidates to client’s requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidates.
• Negotiating competitive rates and gain employment commitment from candidates.
• Conduct skills testing and reference checks.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Ability to work aggressively in a high energy / high pressure environment.

Experience: Freshers
Salary: Up to 2 LPA
Job Location: Richmond Road, Bangalore
