Job Title System Engineer: 

Qualifications:
6 Months to 1 Year experience as a Desktop support or System engineer.
Graduation in Electronic / Computer Science or equivalent.
Ability to do multi-task and work during production crisis situations.

Good verbal and written communications.

Job Description:

The System Engineer role is to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, Printers and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows (7, 10 ) , Ubuntu & Microsoft Office 365 and any other authorised desktop applications 
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for Network Printers, Document scanners, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking using Ticketing tool
Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
Will be responsible for the routine IT operations of the organization which will include :

1. End User Support & Training 
2. Application Support 
3. User Provisioning 
4. Asset Management 
5. Vendor Management
