Job Title: Technical Support Representative – Voice

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience range: 0 to 3 years

Job Description:

1.     Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
2.     Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
3.     Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database
4.     Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.

Eligibility Criteria:

1.     Any Regular Graduates in any discipline, with minimum 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 of education is required ( No arrears as on date)
2.     Excellent Communication skills with 0 – 2 Years of experience in IT Technical support is preferred.
3.     Flexible to work in any shifts including Night shifts
4.     Fresher’s can also apply

·       Interview Time – 11 AM – 1 PM  ( ONLY)
·       Venue – DXC Technology, Magnolia New Building (1st HP Building from the Main Entrance)

             (Landmark - Opposite to Brook field Hospital, Near Cosmos Mall Bustop),

Required Documents during the Interview process:

1.     Interview – Call Letter
2.     Original Govt ID Proof
3.     2 copies of recent passport sized photographs
4.     Resume (Ensure that your Full Name is on it)
5.     Educational Certificates ( SSLC,HSLC,Diploma,Degree Certificate) - Photocopies
6.     If Employed – Offer Letter / Increment Letter and Last 3 Months pay slips

Interview Process: Group Discussion – Written Test - Technical Discussion - HR Discussion
