# Email Support Executive
# Any Graduate U.G or P.G or Pending Papers
# Any Graduation

Desired Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Desired Skills:
# Handling Inbound Chat (Semi Voice Process)
# Customer Service Professional - (BPO Semi - Voice Process)
# Handling Customer Queries and Service through chat and email.
# Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to customers through chats and emails.

Competency Requirements:
# Good Communication Skills in English (Both Verbal and Written)
# Flair for Customer Service
# Educational Qualification: Any Graduate U .G or P.G or Pending Papers
# Knowledge and awareness in Telecom  Industry
