Candidate matching with the following criteria will be allowed to attend the interview process.

Requirements:
*  BE/BTech students graduating in 2015 are ONLY eligible to participate 
* Candidates MUST have 60% and above in 10th, 12th and an aggregate of 60% and above in graduation (aggregate of all 6 semesters)
* Candidates SHOULD not have any gaps in education. Only one year gap is allowed after completion of 12th and before graduation.
* Candidates must be from the circuit branches only


Applicants must comply with the following terms:
* Candidates should be ready to relocate & work in any shifts(Including night).
* Candidates should be willing to work on non-development roles.
* Sign a 2-year service agreement/ Deed of indemnity.

Job Description
* Selected candidates will undergo an extensive training program in Bangalore – 4 months. 
* Post training candidates may be asked to work out in any of our group offices.
* Candidates may be required to work in shifts, as and when required
* Selected candidates will have to execute 2 years’ Service Agreement / Deed of Indemnity applicable from day of joining
