Basic Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with any TDM tool (like IBM Optim, Informatica ILM, Grid-Tools); Key words to search Like TDM/ Optim/ Informatica/ DW-BI / strong knowledge of SQL.
• Strong TDM conceptual Knowledge.
• Exposure to SQL and at least comfortable with one DB.
• Test Strategy / Approach, Test Data Management Consulting experience" Good to have Exposure to DW BI Testing / Development, Programming background, STLC and Testing, DBA Skill: TDM/ Optim/ Informatica/ DW-BI / strong knowledge of SQL
• Minimum Skill Requirement: (~3-4 pointers against each item) Key words to search  TDM/ Optim/ Informatica/ DW-BI / strong knowledge of SQL Good to Have: Unix
