Make sure MetricStream delivers what it promises:
I came across this ad from MetricStream for job openings. I want to share my experiences I had with them, for the greater good of future professionals. Please don’t take up a career with MetricStream. It is going to ruin your future. I too was assured something in the region of the pay offered here. But when you get there, they make some weird calculations and conditions, by which your pay comes down to two thirds of what is promised. And about the working conditions, I think I can write entire books about how grossly unfair and crass they are. It is a place only for favoritism. There is no concept of merit. So, think about it and decide the kind of prospects you want to have for your career.
what happen actually? can you please elaborate the situations there and unfavored conditions there?
